When I print a copy of my message how can I include the file name of any attachment to the message. At present the message only is printed, but no record of any attachment with it.
Being able to do that depends on the version of Outlook and the message format.
For HTML format you’ll need Outlook 2003 SP1 or above. Other formats will show the attachment list just fine when printing.
For all other versions of Outlook;
Covert the message to Plain Text before printing or you can use the Print on Demand add-in.
