Insert HTML into mail

If I design an email template in HTML using Dreamweaver, is there a way I can import it into Outlook in order for me to email this template to my clients?

You can inject HTML code into the message body via the Insert as Text option;
Insert-> (Attach) File-> select the created htm-file-> down arrow on Insert button->Insert as Text

Inject HTML directly into the message body.
