No Send button

When composing a new email, I don’t see the Send button anymore. Where did it go? It used to be there.When the Send command disappears this is either because you don’t have an account configured (anymore) in Tools-> E-mail accounts, you inadvertently removed the button from the toolbar or you have a toolbar corruption.
