Junk E-mail Filter not working

All Junk Email is still received to my Inbox. It doesn’t seem to filter out anything even when I’ve added the sender to my blocked list.

All Junk Email is still received to my Inbox. It doesn’t seem to filter out anything even when I’ve added the sender to my blocked list.This often is the case when you have added your own address to the Safe Recipients list. All mails sent to that address will then be automatically marked as “not junk”.

To remove yourself from the Safe Recipient list;

  • Tools-> Options…
  • button “Junk E-Mail…”
  • tab “Safe Recipients”
  • Select your own address and press “Remove”
