Change default save type

Whenever I try to save a message it defaults to htm for HTML formatted messages and to txt for Plain Text formatted messages. I would like it by default to save to msg-files so it will keep all Outlook info and attachments. How can I do this? There is no way to change this default but there is another trick which by default creates msg-files.

When you open an Explorer window and browse to the location where you want to save the message to, you can drag and drop the message out of Outlook into the Explorer window. This will create an msg-file with the subject of the message as the name of the file.
