Restore window with shortcut key

My outlook is set to “Hide When Minimized”, but is there a keyboard shortcut key to “unhide” it instead of going to that icon and right clicking it and selecting “Open Outlook”?In Windows Vista you can press the Windows Logo Key on your keyboard and the corresponding number for Quick Launch on your keyboard.

So say that your Outlook is the 3rd shortcut in Quick Launch toolbar, you press the Windows Logo Key+3

If it is the 10th shortcut you’ll have to press Windows Logo Key+0
If it is the 11th shortcut or later you’ll have to move the icon up first
