Upon startup, Outlook directly crashes. So I tried to start it in Safe Mode but then it still crashes. The error contains the following;
Problem Event Name:APPCRASH
Fault Module Name:mspst32.dll
How can I recover from this issue?
If that doesn’t work, verify if mspst32.dll is not located in the following location;
If it is located there, rename it to .old or delete it.
If Outlook still doesn’t start correctly, you’ll find mspst32.dll in the same directory as scanpst.exe. Rename it to .old. Upon starting Outlook, it might go through the repair process first and recreate the mspst32.dll in the correct location for your version of Outlook.
If that fails as well, start with a new mail profile.
